Bella Vista is our holiday home on the sparking Côte d'Azur. Located near the beach of Bonporteau in the seaside town of Cavalaire sur Mer with 5 bedrooms and a beautiful blue pool set in a mature garden. The Villa has 5 bedrooms with the top floor having two double bedrooms opening onto the balcony and the view over the pool and garden, then further onto the nature reserve, no other properties so the view is not spoilt by any buildings. The other room is at the side of the house sleeping 2 singles or they can be combined to a double as required. The bathroom is to the rear with a bath with shower, bidet. A seperate toilet completes this floor.
On the floor below are 2 bedrooms with a double bed that can be seperated to two singles and a triple room. The bathroom has a walk in shower and toilet. There is also then a seperate toilet as well. The laundry room is on this level too with a washing machine and a tuble dryer, ironing board etc.
The living part of the house is seperated from the two story sleeping area by a large entrance hall and is on one level. The living room is large with a large screen TV and varoius other amenities. The dinning room is then attached to the kitchen which is equiped with all the utensils you would require. In the kitchen is a fridge freezer and seperately near the laundry room is another fridge freezer and a large freezer, so plenty of storage for all your cold drinks and food.
The "swimming place"
The outside is featured with the swimming pool and surrounding terrace in wood, which avoids getting your feet burnt in the mid day sun. The pool has a spa area and seating in the pool to admire the sea and the views, a swim jet and is an infinity pool. The pool looks out South East and the sun rises over the sea in the early morning. In the afternoon the palm tree shades the side of the terrace near the pool house. Having breakfast on the terrace in the morning or an aperatif is a delight looking over the views. A solar shower is also on the terrace to wash down after a swim and in the summer is very warm. The pool is a salt water pool which is uses less chlorine in the water and chlorine levels are kept constant and lower. This makes it much kinder on the skin and eyes, particularly for children. The chemistry is closely monitorer by the weekly maintenace team giving you a relaxing time.
The "drinking place"
This is the pool house located between the kitchen and the pool. Screened off from the pool by a wall of jasmine this is a large covered area with a large table and chairs for chilling out, eating and enjoying the warmth. Normally this is where you would eat all your meals and relax. With easy access to teh kitchen it is very practical. Complemented by bench seats to stretch out on and a hammock to swing in its a loverly area and the center or most activity along with the pool.
